Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage front-desk operations at our Corporate Office in Patna. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal staff and must maintain a positive image of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a tidy and presentable condition.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, mail, etc.).
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Assist HR/admin team with daily administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate replenishment.
