Job Description

As an F&B Steward at Alcor Hotel, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for maintaining service standards, managing guest orders, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in restaurants or banquet halls.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.

• Ensure prompt and professional service throughout the dining experience.

• Coordinate with the kitchen for order processing and delivery.

• Handle billing and order entries using IDS software.

• Set up tables, banquet halls, and restaurant spaces as per event or shift requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas.

• Manage guest feedback and resolve queries promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant service or banquet operations (preferred).

• Good working knowledge of IDS software for order taking and billing.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Excellent guest handling abilities and a courteous attitude.

• Ability to work in a team and handle high-pressure service environments.

• Positive personality, grooming standards, and a passion for hospitality.
