About the Brand:
Vaidyam is a premium Ayurvedic wellness brand focused on men’s vitality and traditional formulations. We’re looking for a responsible, tech-savvy person to manage our online presence and daily operations.
Responsibilities:
-Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) – posting, replying, and growth.
-Handle website backend (Shopify) – product updates, pricing, offers.
-Process online orders and coordinate packaging & dispatch.
-Manage billing, invoices, and customer communication.
-Coordinate with courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery etc.) for order tracking.
Maintain data records for orders, stock, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
-Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, web management)
-Experience with e-commerce or social media handling preferred
-Should be organized, punctual, and able to work independently
-Location: Hamirpur / Kanpur area (if local presence required)
