Retail Sales
Greet and approach customers at the kiosk in a warm, professional manner
 Provide product demonstrations and fragrance sampling
 Educate customers about various scent categories, product usage, and subscription options
 Meet daily/weekly sales targets and upsell where appropriate
 Handle billing, POS operations, and maintain accurate records of sales
 Keep the kiosk area clean, organized, and visually appealing
 Collect customer feedback and report insights to the team
 Maintain stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the backend team
 Represent the brand positively and resolve basic customer queries
