Fundraiser
A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote services, generate leads, and convert them into sales. The role involves excellent communication skills, persuasive selling techniques, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information.
Generate leads, identify decision-makers, and convert prospects into sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and market trends.
Handle objections politely and resolve customer queries effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales/telecalling/customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate/12th pass with relevant experience.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number of calls made per day.
Conversion ratio (calls to sales).
Revenue generated.
Lead follow-up effectiveness.
Customer satisfaction.
