Relationship Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Relationship Manager to manage, acquire, and grow relationships with clients in the stock market investment and trading segment. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a passion for financial markets to deliver exceptional client service while expanding the firm’s client base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients interested in trading and investments.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.
• Assist clients with account opening, KYC, portfolio setup, and trade execution.
• Coordinate with the research/advisory team to share timely market insights and opportunities.
• Monitor client portfolios and suggest appropriate rebalancing or strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.
• Stay updated with market developments, products, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduate, preferred in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• Sound understanding of equity, mutual funds, and derivatives.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
• NISM certification (preferred or must be obtained within 6 months).
