📌 About the Role
The Store Growth Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and growth‑focused operations of the store. The role includes creating visually appealing merchandise displays, managing in‑store events, fostering strong customer (ABs) relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This role directly contributes to store growth by effectively executing plans and strategies shared by the Head Office – Franchise Department.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Ensure seamless day‑to‑day store operations
Create attractive and effective merchandise displays to enhance customer engagement
Maintain strong relationships with customers (ABs) and ensure exceptional service
Plan, organize, and execute in‑store events to increase footfall and customer satisfaction
Train store staff to uphold service standards and display excellence
Implement and execute growth plans shared by the HO Franchise Team
Monitor store performance and provide timely feedback for improvements
Coordinate with various departments for smooth execution of campaigns and promotions

🎯 Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of retail store operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships (especially with ABs)
Experience in visual merchandising is a plus
Ability to plan and execute events inside the store
Proactive, organized, and target‑oriented
Previous experience in retail, store management, or franchise operations preferred
