📌 About the Role
We are seeking a responsible and performance‑driven Field Officer to manage collections, verify customer details, and support loan processing with high accuracy. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, target‑oriented, and capable of maintaining strong customer relationships while strictly following company processes.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Achieve daily and monthly collection targets as assigned
Convert leads into successful loan disbursement cases
Maintain strong portfolio quality with minimal NPAs
Ensure regular customer interaction for collection follow‑ups and loan updates
Process loans within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
Conduct thorough verification of:

Customer documents
Income and repayment capacity
CIBIL score
Field and tele‑verification

Submit accurate MIS reports and updates to supervisors on time
Handle all collections strictly through authorized company bank accounts or QR codes
Maintain full compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Coordinate with branch teams for lead management, verification, and follow‑ups
Complete all assigned tasks during official office hours
Maintain professionalism and discipline in all customer interactions

🎯 Candidate Profile

Previous experience in collections, field verification, or loan processing preferred
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Knowledge of basic documentation and loan process
Ability to meet targets and work independently
Honest, disciplined, and field‑active
Two‑wheeler with valid license (optional—add if required)
