Key Responsibilities
As a fresher, you will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and be gradually trained to handle:
1. Assist in mechanical design and development of engineering projects.
2. Support in preparing project documentation, technical drawings, and reports.
3. Coordinate with internal departments to collect and share project data.
4. Assist in supervising installation, commissioning, and testing activities.
5. Learn and support the design of mechanical equipment like reactors, vessels, and extraction units.
6. Participate in client discussions and technical meetings under supervision.
7. Visit customer sites with senior engineers for installation and maintenance.
8. Understand customer requirements and help in delivering customized solutions.
9. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of materials.
10. Learn to use engineering software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.
11. Maintain proper documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
🎯 Key Skills & Competencies
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and design concepts.
• Willingness to learn about chemical process plant equipment and project execution.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to work on-site
