Salary: Fixed ₹2 LPA + Variable up to ₹10 LPA

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Chennai. This is a high-performance, offering attractive incentives and strong growth opportunities for motivated candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups
Meet prospective customers and present products/services effectively
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct follow-ups and close sales efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding

Requirements
Male candidates preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Energetic, confident, and self-motivated personality
Willingness to travel locally within assigned territory
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
Prior field sales experience is an added advantage
