Job Overview:
Kibriya Gramin Vikash Limited is looking for a responsible and motivated Field Executive to manage the collection of loan EMIs from customers. The role requires regular field visits, maintaining professional relationships with borrowers, and ensuring timely repayment of loan installments while following company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit customers in assigned areas to collect loan EMI payments.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and submit daily reports to the office.
• Remind customers about upcoming or overdue EMI payments.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with borrowers to ensure smooth communication.
• Address customer queries related to payments and coordinate with the office when required.
• Follow company guidelines and ethical practices during collection activities.
• Ensure timely deposit of collected payments as per company procedures.

Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in field work, collections, or finance-related roles is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel locally for field visits.
• Honest, responsible, and disciplined approach to work.
• Basic knowledge of record keeping and reporting.
