We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller – Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling trade leads, building relationships with potential clients, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to trade leads provided by the company
• Explain product offerings clearly and effectively
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with prospects to close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the system
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements:
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
