Job Title: Trainee Operator / Helper
Job Description:
We are looking for Trainee Operators / Helpers who are eager to learn and build a career in manufacturing and production. The selected candidates will be trained to operate machines, follow production processes, and maintain workplace safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operate machines and equipment under the guidance of senior operators.
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues or abnormalities.
• Assist in production activities and routine operational tasks.
• Perform basic inspections and maintain operational records.
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards at all times.
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting activities when needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI (Preferred).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of machine operations is an advantage.
• Physically fit with a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
