Job description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, solar energy systems, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of solar energy projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and installation teams to ensure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and budget.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Oversee the procurement of strategic Planning, Vendor Managements, pricing negotiations, inventory/materials managements, Quality Assurance of inventory.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance to senior management.

Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to support project execution.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
