Job Description
Myna Bolo is an 18-month programme (July 2026 – December 2027) run by Myna Mahila Foundation, funded through GSMA and Reliance Foundation. It aims to enable 2,50,000 women aged 18–35 in low-income communities across Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh to improve menstrual, reproductive, and overall health, and digital literacy outcomes — through in-person sessions, a WhatsApp-based chatbot, and an M-Health App, delivered together with government bodies, NGOs, SHGs, and community organisations.
The Master Trainer designs and delivers high-quality training for trainers and field staff on the Myna Bolo Project, ensuring consistent, effective program delivery across all locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Curriculum upgradation and Development
Develop and adapt training modules, facilitator guides, and job aids.
Training Delivery: Conduct Training-of-Trainers (ToT) and refresher sessions for trainers and mobilisers.
Assessment: Design pre- and post-assessments and evaluate trainee competency.
Mentoring: Provide coaching and shadowing for new trainers.
Quality Assurance: Monitor training fidelity in the field and recommend improvements.
Materials: Produce and update training materials and digital resources.
Capacity-Building Plan: Create annual training calendars and capacity-building roadmaps.
Onboarding Myna bolo and M Health application.
Target Outreach and tacking KPI/KRA Myna Bolo project
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Trainer competency improvement, measured via pre/post test scores.
Percentage of trainers certified after completing the Training of Trainers (ToT).
Application rate of trained skills in the field, based on direct observation.
Quality scores derived from training feedback forms.
