About the Role

Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Teachers to help young adults develop English communication, digital literacy, employability skills, and professional mindsets.

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct engaging classes as per the FEA curriculum.
– Teach English, digital literacy, employability, and life skills.
– Mentor and motivate students to improve their confidence and career readiness.
– Monitor attendance, participation, and student progress.
– Maintain classroom discipline and required records.
– Participate in FEA training, meetings, and organizational activities.

Requirements

– Graduation in any discipline.
– Good English communication skills.
– Basic computer/digital literacy.
– Good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Passion for teaching and working with young people.
– Willingness to work full-time at the assigned FEA centre.
– Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

– Starting Salary: ₹14,500/month
– Salary hike from the 2nd year, subject to applicable criteria.
