Omnia Core is recruiting 100 Customer Support Executives on behalf of a BPO client in Mysuru.

Position Details

Location: Mysuru, Karnataka

Work arrangement: On-site

Salary: ₹18,000 per month

Shifts: Rotational

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

Employment: On the client’s payroll

Responsibilities

Handle customer calls in Telugu professionally.

Understand customer queries and provide accurate assistance.

Record customer interactions and update system records.

Follow process guidelines and escalate unresolved issues.

Maintain customer confidentiality and service quality.

Requirements

Fluent spoken Telugu.

Clear communication and good listening skills.

Basic computer and data-entry skills.

Willingness to work rotational shifts from the Mysuru office.

Successful completion of the client’s communication assessment.
