Architecture Draftsman – Building Planning & Design
Job Title:
Architecture Draftsman
Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings
➡️ Architectural planning and design of public and infrastructure projects
➡️ Ensuring compliance with NBC, local building byelaws, and project requirements
➡️ Coordination with structural, MEP, planning, and other multidisciplinary teams
➡️ Participate in site visits, design reviews, and technical discussions as required
Desired Skills:
➡️ Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
➡️ Good understanding of NBC, development control regulations, and construction practices
➡️ Ability to prepare presentation drawings and technical documentation
➡️ Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
