KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate leads through cold calling, email and WhatsApp

Sell residential and commercial properties worth Rs. 12 lakh to Rs. 40 lakh

Follow up with prospects and arrange site visits

Achieve a minimum target of one property closure per month

Meet daily targets for calls, connections, leads and site visits

Cross-sell home loans, commercial loans and insurance

REQUIREMENTS

2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property dealing, telecalling or financial product sales preferred

Home loan or commercial loan experience is an advantage

Good communication, convincing and follow-up skills

Target-oriented and serious about long-term employment
