I am a quality professional with over 14 (Fourteen) years of Industrial (Oil & Gas Refinery/Steel Plant), heavy civil infra -Metro (Tunneling/Viaduct/Stations), Advanced Bridges, Commercial Buildings experience in India and Overseas too. In my current position as a lead Quality Manager in Keller India I set and maintain the quality standards (PQP/FQAP/ITP/MS/WPS) for each component monitoring and inspection as well as supervise a quality staff of 24 (Twenty) in my team at 9 (Nine) packages of the project. With a track record of initiative and dependability, I have devised strategic initiatives which I believe will prove valuable to organization.

As a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)_ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 & ISO 45001:2018, I`m very much aware about the QMS, EMS & OHSMS process and its implementation which is always direct and support the team to achieve the common goal of the organization.

In my present role as a Lead Quality of the project, I contributed motivation, observation, and schematics interpretation toward team efforts and business improvements. For the integrity and improvement, I`m creating awareness into the team members and workers about the Organization`s Context & Values, Quality Policy, Customer Focus by scheduled training and session. I have proven to be effective by identify the risks to an organization and provide ways to mitigate them. I`m directing, controlling and coordinating quality, I ensured conduct the QMS process audit and it`s compliances for existing consistency & determine the scope of the quality improvement.
