KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining and monitoring annual plan for facility as well as
balanced scorecard and standards and goals.
• Tracking maintenance expenditures, makes adjustments as needed,
and communicates progress
• Managing risk, issues and remove barriers to ensure completion of
milestones on task and budget
• Overseeing procurement, purchasing and rentals of maintenance
equipment.
MACHINES HANDELED:
• 10 towers of web fed machine (GOSS)
• 12 units of sheet fed machine (KBA&RYOBI)
• 4 units of perfect bond complete line machines (KOLBUS, TSK,
WHOLENBERG) binder, gathering and 3 knife trimmers
• Three-unit Generator 750 KVA and 500 KVA etc.

• Headed a team of 20 members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintenance of all printing and post printing machines
and plant utilities in Flexible & Carton packaging plant.
• Maintenance related activities −Spare Parts management, MTTR
& MTBR, execution of preventive maintenance.

• Handled all maintenance related activities of machines and plant
Utilities.
• Erection commissioning of machines & Attending Breakdowns and
ensuring maximum availability of machines/equipment’s for
production.
• Implementing Preventive/Predictive Maintenance as per the plan to
keep the performance of the machines up to the mark.
• Planning & Procurement of spares as per the need and system &
implementing the Improvement projects as per the requirement in
consultation with the Departmental head/user dept.
• Utility services like Building Expansion Activities, DG Sets (500 KVA),
Air-conditioning unit, centralize air-compressor (SCREW TYPE 165
CFM Make Atlas Copco for Pneumatic system, air-vacuum pump etc.
• Handling of manpower to get optimum output from the strength of
11 qualified persons, job work training to sub-ordinate and giving
orientation programs to the trainees.
• Cost reduction by machine up keeping, spare parts management and
Developed parts of machine from local market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Installation & commissioning of machines.
• Providing support to the customer after sale of machines.

Maintaining Web Offset Heat set machine Solana, sheet fed
Printing machines Rolland 100, 500 &700 six colors to eight
colors, Planta double color with perfection, Mitsubishi
perfecter, Label printing (Flexo printing), packaging machines
like liner m/c, folder and gluer, die cutting, U V coating m/c,
Lamination m/c.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Erection commissioning of machines & Attending
Breakdowns and ensuring maximum availability of
machines/equipment’s for production.
• Implementing Preventive/Predictive Maintenance
as per the plan to keep the performance of the
machines up to the mark.
