·         To follow up on the pending claims from the Insurance companies based out of US.

·         Review patient histories, operations, chart reviews, consultation and discharge summaries to support rebuttal for denials.

·         Focus on collections.

·         Should have probing skills to understand denial reasons as cited by Insurance companies and work closely for claim resolution resulting in collections

Knowledge of Eligibility Re verification, Charge Entry and Payment Posting will be an added advantage
