About this job:
Our client is a leading company specializing in the production of wooden pallets and is part of an international group with sites across Europe. The Gistel facility is one of the largest and most automated in the industry. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced operator with a background in the wood sector and fluent knowledge of English.
Key responsibilities:
– Set up and supply automated production lines
– Monitor and manage the full production process
– Perform quality checks on finished pallets
– Refill nail magazines and wood components
– Troubleshoot minor technical issues
– Carry out physical tasks such as lifting and stacking when necessary
Who are you?
– You have at least 3 years of experience in pallet production or the wood industry
– Technical insight and experience with CNC-controlled machines
– Fluent in English and/or French
– Able to work independently and with a focus on quality
– Safety-conscious and reliable
– Comfortable with physical work
– Comfortable working in a 2-shift system
