Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant who can support the proprietor in handling day-to-day accounting work. The role involves basic accounting entries, invoice handling, bank transactions, follow-ups, and documentation work. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build a strong career in accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Miracle
Prepare and manage sales invoices, purchase entries, and vouchers
Handle cash and bank entries regularly
Assist in bank reconciliation and maintaining bank statements
Maintain records of payments, receipts, and outstanding follow-ups
Coordinate with clients/vendors for pending invoices and payment follow-ups
Support the proprietor during audit, year ending and compliance activities
