Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will manage site operations from project initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, quality benchmarks, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and project specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and site resources
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Maintain project documentation and records

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in site supervision and construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and team coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software

Preferred:
• Experience in residential/commercial/infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with project management tools
