About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and updating customer information, handling inventory updates, and assisting with administrative and inter-departmental coordination. You will also be involved in resolving customer and vendor queries to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Responsibilities:
* Enter and update customer details accurately into the database.
* Update and maintain inventory records, ensuring data is current and correct.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data sorting, and report generation.
* Coordinate with other departments to provide relevant information and support.
* Resolve customer queries and assist with payment follow-ups.
* Address vendor queries and ensure timely order delivery.
* Perform any other tasks as required to support the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Graduate (any field).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, basic computer skills, and internet usage.
Soft Skills: Attention to detail, well-organized, self-starter, good communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
