Civil Site Engineer

Job Description

Position: Civil Engineer – (Construction)
Location: Site Based
Experience: 2–5 Years (Residential/House Construction)

Job Responsibilities:
Handle complete house construction work from start to finish (A to Z)
Perform layout marking, center line, leveling, and site planning
Execute work as per approved drawings and plans
Supervise foundation, RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing
Manage material planning, quantity estimation, and site inventory
Supervise contractors, masons, and labor on a daily basis
Ensure quality control, safety standards, and timely completion
Prepare daily site progress reports and measurements
Coordinate with management, consultants, and clients
Basic coordination of electrical and plumbing works

Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong practical knowledge of residential house construction
Experience in layout marking and leveling instruments
Good understanding of RCC, shuttering, steel, and concrete works
Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings
Basic knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and billing
Good site management and problem-solving skills

Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
Preferred Candidate:Able to independently handle site work
Hands-on experience in residential projects
Responsible, honest, and deadline-oriented
