**Position:** Creative Designer
**Salary:** ₹3.0 – ₹3.9 Lakh per month (based on experience)
**Experience Required:** Minimum 2 years
**Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a talented and imaginative **Creative Designer** to join our team. As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual content across both digital and print platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and communications teams to ensure that all designs align with our brand identity and communication objectives. The role requires a strong eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to turn ideas into visually engaging designs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conceptualize and create innovative designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, website graphics, brochures, banners, and more.
– Ensure that all designs reflect the company’s brand guidelines and communication strategies.
– Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative solutions for marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
– Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and software to continually improve the visual quality of content.
– Review and revise designs based on feedback to meet project requirements and deadlines.
– Maintain a high standard of design consistency across all visual content.
**Desired Skills and Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role (minimum 2 years).
– Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
– A solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and branding.
– Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
– A portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility in design work.
