Job Description:
Tosheng Group of Companies is hiring energetic and passionate Telecallers for full-time, office-based credit card sales processes. As a Telecaller, you will engage potential customers, present product offerings, and drive sales for leading banks including SBI, IndusInd, HDFC, Axis, YES, IDFC First, and HSBC.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to customers regarding credit card products

Explain benefits and features of credit cards from multiple banks

Persuade and convince clients to apply for credit cards as per their requirements

Achieve assigned sales targets and follow up with interested leads

Maintain accurate records of daily calls and conversions

Participate in training & sales meetings as required

Requirements:
6 months to 2+ years’ experience in telecalling/credit card sales preferred

Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/English)

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)

Enthusiastic, self-driven, and target-oriented personality
