**Job Description:**
ALSHIFA CUPPING CLINIC is seeking a dedicated BPO Caller to join our team and provide exceptional customer support. This role involves handling inbound calls, resolving queries effectively, and maintaining detailed reports using Excel. Additionally, the BPO Caller will be responsible for sending catalogues through email to prospective clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Handle inbound calls from patients and clients.
– Resolve queries and provide accurate information.
– Prepare and maintain reports using Excel.
– Send catalogues and promotional material via email.
– Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a BPO Caller or similar customer support role.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in using Excel for reporting purposes.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
