**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and organized Branch Manager to oversee cash handling operations and manage client interactions at ALSHIFA CUPPING CLINIC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining attendance records, managing accounts, and ensuring efficient cash or money collection processes. This role requires the ability to supervise staff, coordinate meetings and client appointments, including doctors’ schedules. Additionally, the Branch Manager will oversee housekeeping staff, drivers, and manage inward and outward postal and courier services. This position also entails managing office equipment such as laptops, landlines, and mobile devices.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Supervise cash handling and ensure secure transactions.
– Maintain attendance records of clinic staff.
– Manage accounts including EB and bank accounts.
– Coordinate and schedule meetings.
– Arrange client and doctors’ appointments.
– Oversee housekeeping staff and drivers.
– Handle inward and outward postal and courier services.
– Responsible for managing office equipment (laptops, landlines, mobiles, etc.).

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in healthcare or service industry.
– Strong organizational and leadership skills.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
