Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Executive (Technical) to support our sales team by engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and providing basic technical information about our products/services. This role is ideal for candidates with introductory technical knowledge who are keen to build a career in technical pre-sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers

Understand customer needs and provide basic technical explanations of products/services

Qualify leads and assess initial technical requirements

Assist the sales team by sharing qualified leads and relevant technical inputs

Explain product features, workflows, and use cases in a simple manner

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools

Follow up with prospects to resolve basic technical queries

Stay updated with product knowledge and technical basics

Technical Skills (Introductory Level)

Basic understanding of software applications, IT services, or digital solutions

Familiarity with websites, hosting, and domain concepts (basic level)

Introductory knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar

Basic awareness of SaaS products and subscription-based models

Ability to understand and explain product features and processes

Basic troubleshooting and customer query-handling skills

Familiarity with email systems, cloud tools, and online collaboration platforms

Basic knowledge of lead management, data entry, and reporting

Introductory exposure to APIs, integrations, or technical documentation

Comfortable using MS Office / Google Workspace

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or diploma in any discipline (technical background preferred)

0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, customer support, or sales coordination

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Strong willingness to learn technical concepts
