Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and potential clients to nurture relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team regarding client responses and market trends.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in tele calling or lead generation roles.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and engage clients over the phone.
Results-driven with a positive and resilient attitude.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
