We are looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented Lab Incharge to oversee laboratory operations, ensure compliance with quality standards, and manage day‑to‑day lab activities. The candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of supervising lab staff and processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Manage and supervise laboratory operations on a daily basis
➡️ Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols
➡️ Oversee testing, documentation, and reporting of lab results
➡️ Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper calibration
➡️ Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow
➡️ Train and guide lab staff in procedures and best practices

Required Skills & Experience:
➡️ Strong knowledge of laboratory processes and equipment
➡️ Ability to manage and supervise a team
➡️ Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
➡️ Good communication and organizational skills
➡️ Prior experience in lab management preferred
