**Job Title:** Human Resources (HR) Executive / HR Associate

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources (HR) Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. This is a contractual role that requires working in rotational shifts. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR administrative processes while ensuring compliance with company policies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
* Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation in an accurate and confidential manner.
* Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
* Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and general workplace matters.
* Assist in maintaining attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
* Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.
* Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 0–3 years of experience in HR or HR operations (freshers with relevant internship experience may apply).
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.
**Additional Information:**
* This position is **contractual** and subject to contract terms and renewal based on performance and business requirements.
* Candidates must be willing to work in **rotational shifts** as per business needs.
