**Job Title: Tele Calling Executive**

**Job Description:**
As a Tele Calling Executive at AQTS Financial Services, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell loan products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Working Capital, and Home Loans. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, explain product features and benefits, and convince customers to apply for loans.

**Responsibilities:**
– Make outbound calls to prospective customers to offer loan products.
– Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
– Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
– Follow-up with customers to convert leads into loan applications.
– Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
– Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
– Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and concerns.
– Collaborate with team members and contribute to team goals.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in tele-calling or telesales, preferably in the financial services sector.
– Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
– Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
– Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
– High level of integrity and professionalism.

**Education and Experience:**
– Minimum qualification: Certificate
– Prior experience in tele-calling or sales is preferred.
