Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Communication Skills Trainer to work with school students and help them improve their spoken English, communication abilities, confidence, and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, comfortable interacting with children, and capable of making learning fun through activities and practical exercises.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct communication and spoken English training sessions for school students.

– Design and deliver interactive, activity-based learning sessions.

– Improve students’ speaking, listening, vocabulary, and presentation skills.

– Use storytelling, role-play, games, group discussions, and other engaging methods.

– Create a positive learning environment that encourages students to express themselves confidently.

– Coordinate with school teachers and management to support students’ communication development.

– Monitor student participation and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

– Excellent communication skills in English.

– Experience in teaching, training, spoken English, or soft skills development is preferred.

– Ability to engage students across different age groups.

– Strong presentation, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

– Creativity, patience, enthusiasm, and a learner-focused approach.

– Freshers with strong English communication skills and a genuine interest in teaching may also apply.
