The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, supervising site operations, managing material handling, coordinating with contractors, generating contractor labor bills, preparing daily work reports, and ensuring compliance with civil and structural drawings.

**Responsibilities:**
– Attend daily site activities and oversee site operations.
– Supervise site personnel and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
– Manage material handling, including procurement, storage, and distribution.
– Coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
– Prepare contractor labor bills and ensure accurate documentation.
– Generate daily work reports to track progress and identify any issues or deviations.
– Ensure compliance with civil and structural drawings and specifications.
– Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
– Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
– In-depth understanding of civil and structural drawings.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
– Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
