Location: Coimbatore (Relocation Required)
Type: Full-Time (Freshers Welcome)
Compensation: Performance-Based | ₹24,000 to ₹30,000 + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic freshers to join us as Business Associates / Management Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about marketing and business development and are ready to relocate to Coimbatore to build a rewarding long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:
* Represent clients and brands through direct marketing, telemarketing, B2B/B2C campaigns, events, and promotions
* Participate in planning and execution of branding and promotional strategies
* Learn and contribute to core business functions – marketing, recruitment, training, and team development
* Progress into leadership roles, managing your own team and eventually running a Strategic Business Unit
