**Job Title: Insurance Consultant**

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the insurance industry? We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Insurance Consultants for our retail partner distribution in the insurance segment, representing a leading MNC, Bajaj Allianz Life. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and managing a successful insurance team while also providing valuable insurance products to clients.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Recruit, manage, motivate, and guide a team of insurance professionals.
2. Generate business by cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on selling to both existing and new clients.
3. Achieve a balance of 20% sales and 80% team management (e.g., sell 6 policies of ₹35,000 each and recruit/activate 4 team members with one ₹35,000 policy login).
4. Train and develop your team, with support and training provided.
5. Work towards achieving promotions within the organization, from Insurance Consultant (IC) to Insurance Recruitment Professional (IRP).

**Compensation:**

– Salary: ₹19,000 (Fixed ₹7,000 + ₹12,000 Allowance based on monthly goalsheet completion)
– Additional benefits include PF, GR, ESIC, higher incentives, rewards, recognition, and contests.

**IRDAI Exam:**

– A one-time fee of ₹585 for the IRDAI License exam will be required after the interview, documentation, and job confirmation by the company. This fee covers the cost of the exam.

**Complete Onboarding Process:**

1. Register: Fill out the registration form.
2. Documentation: Our team will assist you in collecting the necessary onboarding documents.
3. Training: Attend online training sessions at your convenience through provided links.
4. Exam: Appear for the IRDAI License exam at a center in your city.
5. Appointment: Upon successfully clearing the exam and completing all necessary formalities, you will be appointed as our Insurance Consultant (IC).
