**Job Description:**
Bezzie Infotech Software & Solutions is seeking a diligent and customer-focused Tally Support Specialist to provide on-site technical support for Tally software. This role involves resolving client inquiries, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring seamless software functionality at client locations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Travel to client locations to deliver on-site technical support for Tally software.
– Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding Tally software functionality and troubleshooting.
– Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Tally software usage.
– Communicate effectively and build strong rapport with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
– Assist clients with software installations, updates, and configurations as needed.
– Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
– Document all client interactions, issues reported, and resolutions provided accurately.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tally software updates and new features.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in providing technical support or help desk support, preferably for Tally software.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
– Ability to work independently and travel to client sites as required.
– Proficiency in documenting technical issues and resolutions comprehensively.
