A dual-role position combining clinical eye testing and customer sales. You will conduct accurate eye tests and guide customers to the right frames and lenses, ensuring a fast, health-first retail experience.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Perform comprehensive eye tests using standard protocols
• Explain prescriptions clearly in Marathi/Hindi/English
• Recommend frames, lenses, and coatings based on lifestyle needs
• Convert eye tests into same-day or next-day sales
• Maintain POS/CRM records and ensure hygiene standards
• Coordinate with store and fitting teams for smooth delivery
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Optometry
• 1–3 years experience in optical retail or clinical settings
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Sales mindset with clinical accuracy
