**Job Description:**

BlueHawk Design Consultants is actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our dynamic team. As an Architectural Draftsman, you will play a key role in planning, designing, and creating municipal drawings for projects involving NAINA, MSRDC, PMC, and basic working drawings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent drafting skills, and proficiency in relevant software.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Plan and design architectural drawings in compliance with NAINA, MSRDC, PMC, and other relevant regulations.
– Create accurate and detailed municipal drawings for project submissions.
– Develop basic working drawings for construction purposes.
– Collaborate with architects and other team members to ensure design coherence.
– Ensure that all drawings meet quality and regulatory standards.
– Keep abreast of industry trends and updates related to architectural drafting.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
– Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts.
– Proficiency in relevant drafting software.
– Familiarity with planning and designing municipal drawings for NAINA, MSRDC, PMC, etc.
– Detail-oriented with excellent drafting skills.
– Effective communication and collaboration skills.
