**Salary:** INR 20,000 to 30,000 per month

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience.
– 2 to 3 years of experience in an HR and administrative role.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and organized Admin and HR Executive to join our team at VHT Business Solutions. The ideal candidate will handle multiple tasks efficiently and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. This role involves a mix of administrative duties and HR responsibilities.

**Responsibilities:**

– Liaise and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
– Exhibit excellent email writing, listening, and verbal communication skills in English.
– Arrange and follow up on calls.
– Maintain office space schedules and support various administrative activities.
– Have knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
– Manage the entire recruitment process, including searching for candidates, screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, interviewing, and appointment.
– Conduct interview calls and arrange interviews for suitable candidates.
– Oversee the completion of joining and exit formalities for employees.
– Handle incoming and outgoing emails and calls.
– Ensure timely and professional communication.
– Maintain minutes of meetings and ensure follow-up on meeting actions.
– Provide clear notes and explanations.
– Enter and update company, employee, and client records accurately.
– Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strong English communication skills.
– Be internet and technology savvy.

**Technical Skills Required:**

– Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
– Ability to write and follow up on emails easily.
– Excellent English communication skills.
– Self-starter and team player who can work independently.
– Basic accounting knowledge or a background in commerce is a plus.

**Skills Required:**

– Proactive, helpful, and positive attitude.
– Flexible and adaptable to changes.
– Neat, organized, and able to work alone and with others.
– Comfortable with computers, including spreadsheets, word processing, email, and the internet.
