Job Title: Assistant/Deputy Manager – Marketing (Real Estate)
Location: Chennai perumbakkam
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for residential projects, including market research, target audience identification, and positioning strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to create effective promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Manage online marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website content updates.
Coordinate and execute events, open houses, and property launches to promote residential projects and engage potential buyers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, advertising agencies, and media outlets to maximize marketing reach.
Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5 + years of experience in marketing within the real estate sector, with a focus on residential projects.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and buyer behavior.
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools).
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
