Job Description
Lead nationwide B2B outreach to corporate HR/Admin decision-makers, travel agencies, and overseas education consultancies to generate and convert leads for travel insurance (corporate business travel and student travel). Build partnerships, drive pipeline growth, and execute multi-channel prospecting strategies across India.Key responsibilities:
● Corporate HR/Admin Outreach
○ Identify and contact HR/Admin (or the owner of travel formalities) in companies across India.
○ Present travel insurance solutions for employee business travel.
○ Nurture and convert corporate leads into active accounts.
● Pan-India Prospecting
○ Systematically reach companies nationwide, mapping decision-makers for travel formalities.
○ Maintain a segmented target list by industry, size, and travel volume.
● Lead Generation for Corporate Business Travel
○ Generate leads for employee business travel insurance by engaging HR/Admin/Finance stakeholders.
○ Build and manage a qualified pipeline; track stages from outreach to closure in a CRM.
● Multi-channel Outreach Execution
○ Use LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator), verified databases, email, and cold calls to initiate contact.
○ Run structured cadences, follow-ups
● Own Strategy Development
○ Design lead-gen strategies, messaging, and offers to improve conversion.
● B2B Travel Agent Partnerships
○ Contact travel agents across India to create B2B channels for travel insurance sales.
○ Negotiate referral/commission structures; onboard and enable agents.
● Overseas Consultancy Tie-ups (Student Travel)
○ Reach overseas education consultancies; establish partnerships for student travel insurance.
○ Create simple onboarding, SOPs, and co-branded materials to streamline issuance.
● Collaboration & Compliance
○ Coordinate with internal Sales/Operations for pricing, proposals, and policy issuance.
○ Ensure all engagements comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
Required skills and experience:
● 1-2 years in B2B sales/partnerships, preferably in insurance, travel, or HR solutions.
● Strong prospecting skills via LinkedIn, email, phone; adept at building decision-maker lists.
● Proven ability to sell to HR/Admin/Procurement and to channel partners (agents/consultancies).
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills; English required, Hindi/regional languages a plus.
