**Job Description:**

– Responsible for achieving branch targets related to Gold Loan products.
– Ensure accurate valuation and maintain 100% process compliance at the branch.
– Handle walk-in customers for Gold Loan processing and explain various schemes offered.
– Conduct Gold Valuation and ensure correct identification of Gold Purity.
– Acquire new customers to generate Gold Loan business and promote cross-sell products.
– Participate in field marketing activities to enhance market presence.
– Drive continuous customer engagement through various channels.

**Desired Skills:**

– Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the banking industry or specifically in Gold Loan sales.
– Graduate degree required.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
