Job Summary
The Design Documentation Executive supports the design team by managing, organizing, and maintaining all design-related documents and files. The role ensures accurate record-keeping, proper version control, and smooth coordination between designers, clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize all design-related documents, files, and records
Manage version control for design files, drawings, mockups, and revisions
Prepare and update design documentation such as briefs, specifications, and approval sheets
Coordinate with designers to collect, review, and archive design materials
Ensure timely documentation of client feedback and design changes
Maintain digital folders and file naming conventions
Track design approvals, revisions, and final deliverables
Assist in preparing presentations and design reports
Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of design assets
Support the design team with administrative and documentation tasks
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Basic understanding of design workflows
Proficiency in MS Office and file management systems
Ability to manage multiple design documents and deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, SharePoint, or similar (preferred)
