Convenoz Services LLP is seeking a Process Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves assisting customers through the onboarding journey for loan requirements, following defined processes to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Candidates should possess strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities to effectively execute their responsibilities.

**Responsibilities:**

– Guide customers through the onboarding process for loan requirements.
– Ensure adherence to defined processes and procedures.
– Assist in completing documentation and paperwork accurately.
– Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding loan products and services.
– Maintain customer records and ensure confidentiality of information.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve service delivery goals.

**Qualifications:**

– Good computer operation skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to follow defined processes and work with attention to detail.
– Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
– Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
