Job Description

Key Responsibilities – Google Ads / PPC Executive

* Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
* Develop effective keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation plans.
* Conduct competitor analysis, search term analysis, and negative keyword research to improve campaign performance.
* Create compelling ad copies and optimize ad creatives to improve CTR, conversions, and campaign relevance.
* Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROI, and ROAS.
* Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities, reduce wasted ad spend, and maximize advertising returns.
* Manage campaign budgets efficiently and scale successful campaigns according to business objectives.
* Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
* Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, targeting strategies, and bidding approaches.
* Monitor lead quality and campaign performance through CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
* Work with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM tools to manage leads, automate follow-ups, build workflows, and track conversions.
* Analyze landing pages and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improving user experience and conversion rates.
* Prepare regular campaign performance reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams.
* Manage multiple advertising accounts independently while ensuring campaign goals and deadlines are met.
* Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and sales teams to improve overall marketing performance.
* Stay updated with Google Ads features, PPC trends, automation tools, and industry best practices.
* Handle client communication, discuss campaign performance, and recommend data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
